Career, education and personality prospects

Hello, my daughter is Suhani Ranjan Samaroo and she is born December 19, 2003 at 1.07 AM in Richmond Virginia, USA. she is a nice girl, artistic, very kind and loving towards animals, likes to draw and paint. she is in high school currently, 10th standard. she wants to become a veterinary doctor. Since she became a teenager she is spending more time and focus is more on friends, and on phone. she is easily distracted and does not want to spend too much time at home with me, her grandmother and family as she wants to be on phone to talk to her friends or play games etc. My questions are
1) will she change in personality and behavior as she grows more mature? will she improve and give more respect and time to family?
2) will she pay more attention to studies and get good marks in exams?
3) will she be able to become veterinary doctor in future? of if not then what career/job she will get?
4) is there anything i should do to help her?
