About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

need to fly into Shanghai to drop a gift then fly out within maximum 48 hours

looking at following flights LHR-HKG-PVG-AMS-LHR, do I need a visa, looking at traveling next 48 hours.

Yes if those are the exact flights then you qualify for the 144 hour visa free transit in Shanghai
