2020 prediction?

Hi,
Born 9/22/1972 after 5:05 pm. Will 2020 be a better year for me? One of my coworker I’m having a difficult time with her, I really like to stay in the department but with one of my coworker she very difficult to work with. I’m thinking jumping ship.
