About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Beijing to Shanghai transit

Im flying from new Zealand to beijing then to Shanghai and then back home to sweden. In Beijing i need to change to a diffrent Airport. Can i still get a 72h visa in Shanghai or am i gonna need to stay in the Airport for 3 days

You must get a visa in advance or change your flights. When you have two consecutive stops in different regions of mainland China, you are automatically limited to 24 hours transit without visa in China.
