Currently in Shenzhen with single entry.. what next?

Hi there, I am a German passport holder and am currently in Shen Zhen on an L visa. Can I apply for a second L visa right after using my current (planning to apply in Hong Kong)? Additionally, would it be possible for my spouse to apply for the visa in Hong Kong for me this way I will not have to leave China? Thank you!

Jodie, first, if you want to apply for a China visa in HK, you must be physically in HK. Second, it's possible to apply for a China visa in HK. However, whether you can get it is not assured if you don't have residency there.
