About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm writing about a question regarding the 24 hour visa free transit through Beijing. I'm flying to Bangkok with a transit in Beijing. From what I understand, you do not have to apply for a visa when you transit and are at the airport for less than 24 hours. This applies to Danish citizens which my wife is. The question then is: What are the rules for a Turkish citizen, which I am? In addition, I have read that you can be rejected by immigration if you have stamps from Turkey, which my wife has and she is a Danish citizen.

If both of you have only a layover in Beijing and your layover is less than 24 hours, you can travel with absolute peace of mind, regardless of your citizenship or the stamps in your passports. Both

...of you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you don't need any kind of visa. If you are asked, you about your whereabouts, you will just plainly say that you are a Turkish citizen that is using a convenient itinerary to reach Bangkok and your wife will just declare that her Turkish passport stamps are the legacy of her travel to Turkey with you when you were visiting your family in Turkey. This is so simple and true.

Trust me, the stories about the Turkish stamps are overly exaggerated and you will realize that fact when you successfully realize your transit through China. Just be relaxed because it is by fare more simpler to Chinese authorities to leave you to continue your flight to some foreign country than to deal with you for no reason in some stupid acts aimed to return you from where you have arrived. Chinese authorities could be like this or like that, but stupid they are not.

You will enjoy your travel and leave your fears aside. I guarantee :)
