About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can I get VOA at Louhu Port with nepalese passport?

Expect one of my friends(not yet permanent hk resident), we all are. Are we eligible to get VOA? and my friend who isn’t permanent yet, is she eligible for VOA?

I'm afraid you cannot get a VOA for Shenzhen with Nepalese passport.
