visa free transit

Question

I am travelling from Manila to Dubai with a 22Hrs Layover in Ghuanzhou airport. Do i need a visa free transit for staying at the Ghuanzhou airport while waiting for the next trip to Dubai.What is the procedure for getting the Visa Free Transit if required.
