I have a flight from manila to dubai with a layover of 22Hrs in Ghuanzhou China, Do i still need a TWAV even if we are staying inside the airport of Ghuanzhou itself.

You don't need any kind of visa or permit when you wanna stay airside.Just follow the signs international transfer.If you wanna leave the airport to stay in a hotel, just apply for a temporary permit.
