About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit without a visa

I have a flight from manila to dubai with a layover of 22Hrs in Ghuanzhou China, Do i still need a TWAV even if we are staying inside the airport of Ghuanzhou itself.

You don't need any kind of visa or permit when you wanna stay airside.
Just follow the signs "international transfer".
If you wanna leave the airport to stay in a hotel, just apply for a temporary permit.

Thanks for the helpful information. Since we have a quite long layover, are we entitle for a free hotel accommodation during our stay?

That depends on your airline and your ticket. You should ask your airline about it.
