got a single entry tourist visa but need multiple entries

Can I use the visa upon entry as follows? The last entry, Bangkok-Shenzhen-Beijing-Chicago, requires a visa. 144 hours transit without visa does not apply because of the two consecutive stops in China, and nor does visa on arrival.
