About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

If my visa "enter before"date is 12DEC2019, can i enter China on the same day 12 DEC2019?

Yes, just make sure that you arrive before the last minute of Dec. 12, 2019. To ensure your entry, you had better set off earlier in case of any delay on the way.
