You can click "my orders" on the top-right corner on our website to log into your account. If you used our train app, we are sorry that the booking information is based on your phone instead of account. If you changed a new phone or redownload the app, the old booking information cannot shows again. You can still check the booking status by your tracking number and email on our website. Sorry for the inconvenience.
