About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit (VISA)

I live in Hong Kong (Permanent Residency) holding a French passport. I will have to go to Guangzhou, via train, to take a flight to another country. Same on the way back - I will arrive in Guangzhou via plane and reach Hong Kong via train immediately.

Can I benefit from the 24-hour visa exemption?

Thanks
Sylvain

No. You need a tourist visa, although as a HK PR you can get a multiple-entry visa from the CVASC or CTS.
