Unfortunately, you cannot. As you can see, you are not in transit because there is no third country and you also cannot apply for Hainan VOA or Haian 30 day visa free access because to be eligible for these options, you are supposed to arrive to Hainan from outside of mainland China.
To be completely clear, you need a Chinese tourist (L) visa obtained in advance and this visa will cover your entire itinerary that you have mentioned above. Of course, you have to see with the authorities of CVASC in South Korea, where you will obtain your visa, whether the length of validity of your visa (usually 30 days) will cover your entire stay in China. If your intended total stay in China is less than 30 days, you really don't need to ask anything, but just obtain a visa.
