career and health prospects

My name is Aparna Ranjan, DOB: December 23, 1967 at 2.03PM in Lucknow, India. I am currently living in Virginia USA and working as physician in a health care system/hospital.
lately there are management changes at my work that is impacting a lot of staff and i am also lot of job pressure with added work and stress/tension/job security.
Also i have been having constant problems with pain in my lower back/tailbone area over past 6 years that seems to be worse now, even surgery last year did not help and i have had many injections in my back as well; no pain relief. specialist i am seeing is recommending another surgery.
My questions are;
1. will my job be secure and safe? when will the stress/tension at work resolve? will it be in my favor?
2. will i need another surgery? if so when is a good time to do so? what are my chances of having pain relief and improvement in my health after surgery?
Thanks

Hi, according to the prediction, the situation would change into a better stage in2020. Generally speaking, your job will be secure and safe. But you are suggested to have another surgery and listen to the doctor's suggestions.

Oh, about the surgery, you are suggested to listen to doctor's suggestions. But you don't need to worry about. Your pain will be less or relieved after surgery.
