Can you process a work visa for Americans?

Hello! My husband and I are applying to work as university teachers. We are both American citizens. We need to leave the country soon to apply for the Z visa.

Has your CVASC office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia accepted and processed Z visas for Americans before? Can this office issue Z visas if our applications are acceptable?
