Visa past "enter before" date
I got a double entry M visa in April when I thought I would be going to Shanghai in August. The trip has been postponed multiple times and is now scheduled for Feb 2020.
But the visa says "enter before 02 OCT 19"
Can this be changed or do I need to apply for a new visa?
