About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24-hour TWOV Philippine Passport

Am I eligible for the 24-hr TWOV if my flight is Phnom Phen > Shenzhen > Philippines?

Yes, you are if your entire transit time in Shenzhen is less than 24 hours. Also, if this is the case, you don't need any kind of visa. You should just print out your flight tickets and bring them with you.
