About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Toulouse - Munich - Beijing- Amsterdam - Toulouse

hi,
if my inbound and outbound cities are in the same countries, am I still eligible for the 144h visa? (french passport)

Since you enter and exit through Germany you need a visa as that is not considered a transit
