Can someone submit my application for me to get Macau visa?

Can someone help to apply for Macao visa in embassy if the passport owner is not available?

Yes, if you know someone in Macau, you can ask the person to submit the application for you there.

Submitting applications via a representative is only for nationals of the six countries residing in a territory without Chinese consular representation (e.g., Mainland China).
