Work experience?

Hi, iv had a z visa with teaching permit for about 1.5 years now and will probably switch to a manager visa next. Does the manager visa need 2 years post graduation working experience? Iv heard that in the past but not sure if its true or not. Thanks!

Jason, what is manager visa? I don't know there is such a category in China visas.
