Chinese Visa 1 month in advance

Hi, I’m an Italian citizen currently in Australia, I’m planning to visiti Kuala Lumpur, then Vietnam for one month and then China, can I apply for my Chinese visa in Kuala Lumpur (about 35 days before going to China) or is it to early? Because I’ve read somewhere that I shouldn’t apply more than one month in advance
Cheers

It's not too early. The earliest time you can apply for a China visa is three months before the entry date.
