RE ENTER CHINA FROM HONG KONG ON VISA FREE

I sm holding a Singapore passport with 15days visa free to China. I plan to fly in to Xiamen/Fuzhon for 15days free and easy trip, then travel to Hong Kong for 3-4days and return to Xiamen/Quanzhou for another 15days. When travel to HK, am i consider i have departed China and re-enter with a new 15days visa free?

Yes, travelling to HK is considered as leaving China, so you can re-enter with a new 15 days visa-free stay duration.
