Chilean tourist applying Chinese Visa

Hi there,

We are a couple traveling around Russia. We have been told that if you don´t have resident permit you can´t apply for visa in the VISA centers. But can you do it directly on the embassy?

As far as I know, there are no CVASC visa centers in Russia and you can apply directly at the embassy if you have a valid visa or residence permit in Russia.
