I am Dual NZ-UK Citizen living in NthQLD-Australia.Urgent invitation to UK Family Wedding Sun01Dec2019 in BeiHai,Guangxi.Nearest China Consulate in Brisbane-two hour flight away and 2-4working days for visa and no time for postal visa (ten working days).Flying Cairns(CNS)-Shenzhen(SZX) return Hainan Airlines and booked return rail travel Shenzhen-Guangzhou-BeiHai with hotels in Guangzhou&Beihai for seven day total trip length.Please advise best next course of action ? Henry, unfortunately, you can accomplish your visit to Beihai only by obtaining a Chinese tourist (L) visa in advance. I was thinking about every single available option, but there is none that can bring you to Beihai visa free. Sorry.
