From Xianyang Airport Terminal 3 to Ramada Bell Tower Hotel, any airport shuttle bus?

You can take shuttle bus line of Bell Tower to Bell Tower Hotel, then walk north around 900m to your hotel. It costs CNY25 with 1.5 hours.
