About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

New Zealand - Guangzhou - Hongkong(less than 24hrs) - Guanzhou - Korea

I've got a Korean Passport leaving Auckland, New Zealand and staying Guanzhou for less than 72 hours and I'm planing to visit HongKong as a day trip. Is this I allowed with my 144 hour visa free transit?

If you fly to Hong Kong and back you can do visa free transit otherwise you need a visa. A day trip to Hong Kong is not advisable.
