Visa application in Saint Peterburg

Hello. I am a foreign student, currently studying here in Russia, Saint Peterburg. Is it possible for me to apply for a Chinese turist-visa at the Chinese Consulate in Saint Peterburg?

Thank you. How long can I stay in China with my tourist visa? Do I need to visit the consulate to discuss my stay?

Usually you can stay for 30 days with a China tourist visa. The consular officers won't discuss the stay duration to be granted with you. They just make the final decision by themselves.
