Hi my 10 year bids expire 12/19/2019
When the latest date I must return from China ?

If you enter on 12/19/2019, the latest date you should leave should be 30 days after your entry, under the condition that you allowed stay duration is 30 days. If the allowed stay duration is longer, you can stay longer; vice versa.
