About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Malaysian passport holder transit visa

I am going to transit to Guangzhou airport for 4hrs before leaving for a third country. Am I required to apply for a transit visa?

Terry, unfortunately, Malaysian citizens are not eligible for 24 hour visa free transit at the time being for undisclosed reason and you are advised to obtain a Chinese transit (G) visa in advance.
