Hi, I would like to know is there any transportation card to use in Harbin and where I can buy it. Thank you.

Yes, there is local transportation card you can use in the city. Where do you intend to live? So I can find the nearby place you can buy it.

You can go to No.70, Shitoudao Street to buy one. Or you can buy the card in some convenience stores.
