About:Tiger Leaping Gorge (Hutiao Gorge)

upper Tiger Leaping Gorge section closed at the moment?

my hotel in Lijiang informed me that at that moment it is not possible to visit the Upper section as there is a renovation going on of the wooden platform by the river,
is that correct?
