Need to know the estimation of 17kg package from china to Australia

I have purchased some stuff from Qingdao China, and want to know if you can collect the stuff from Qingdao and send it to Adelaide South Australia. How much it will be the total cost for 17kg weight through the surface? If you cant collect the parcel from the given address then can u suggest what else can be done?
