How long can q visa stay in China ? Can i apply for it?

Hello , I want to ask if we get first a married license here in Philippines before going to China for married I can apply for q visa? Chinese embassy will approve it? And I want to know how long I can stay using q visa? Because we’re planning to go in February for our wedding preparation and get married by April.

Ann, if you get a marriage certificate in the Philippines, you need to notarize it and have it authenticated by Chinese embassy in order to get it approved and apply for Q visa. By doing so, you don't need to registrate the marriage again in China.

So meaning to say , I have a chance to apply for q visa to stay until April in China once I already get a married license here and authenticate by the Chinese embassy. How long I can stay if i use q visa ??
