I am a female, my DOB January 5 1989.

i just wanna ask if should i stay in my current company? or should i jump to a new one? im currently having a delimma coz i dont know if i will make the best decision.. hope you could give the best option. thanks!

The both choices will be ok for you. If you think that a new work environment can help you achieve more successes, then you are suggested to change a job. You should have more confidence about yourself. :)
