good day, i am in a little dilemma career wise.. i have 2 opportunities coming up soon
company a and b
company a
ive been with the last 3 years, relatively new in the industry (cruise), supervisorial gig, plenty room for growth as there are 10 more ships ordered in the next 6 years... demeanor with them is soso, have a few colleagues and superiors that are hard to deal with but over all its average, basically i already know what to expect with them
company b
new player in the industry, great brand, chance for pre opening team, same rank about the same rate and package, theres also room for growth as they have a total of 3 ships ordered coming ing the next 4 years... new company means new relationships to build, trust to gain, new bosses and colleagues that could be terrible to work forbasically facing the unknown..
my question is do i go and stay with my old conpany and forget about the new company hiring me, or should i brave the unkown ?? this would happen within nov 2019- jan 2020. gig is contractual work onboard cruise ships. thank you
