Do I qualify for 144-Hour visa Free transit?

I have flights from Montreal(YUL) to Beijing(PEK) on Feb 25
arrival Feb 26, another flight from PEK to Seoul (ICN) on March 3rd.
I wish to apply for a 144 hours visa for this one, but a month later I will be going from ICN back to Canada(YUL), and there will be a 22h connection between the flights, am I eligible to apply another 24 hrs visa on my way back as well?
