About:China Visa on Arrival

Winter in Sanya

Good day !

Which to stay in Sanya all winter till mai 2020 and maybe longer.
I have an acquaintance on site but will look for accommodation at location.
Should I ask for letter and get visa first or will be able to get visa at airport.
Might also try to teach english by making own contact.

Michel, you are kindly advised to visit a visa section of this quite complex website where the well informed people about the Chinese visa policy are offering the support to the people asking for guidance regarding the visa issuing, like your question. This section where you have posted your query is exclusively dedicated to Hainan tourist visa on arrival and/or visa free options that are definitely not convenient for your requirements. Both Hainan VOA (visa on arrival) and Hainan 30 day visa free access cannot be suitable in your case.

In other words, you will have to obtain an adequate Chinese visa in advance through relevant Chinese visa center to be able to stay for a longer period than usual tourist stay. Beside the suggestion and information that you can obtain on this site, in appropriate location, you are also advised to make a contact with a nearest CVASC in Canada. There are 5 of them and you can contact the nearest one.
