Seoul-Beijing-HK, HK-Shanghai-Singapore

I am traveling through Asia and planning to go from Seoul to Beijing then to Hong Kong on 144 hour transit. My question is can I leave Beijing to HK early morning, then go from HK to Shanghai the same day before going to Singapore the next day on a different transit visa? Just checking flight prices and this would help greatly.
