How much time needed for Grottoes?

Hi I have two questions-

1- how much time to see the Grottoes?
2- any direct bus connection between Shaolin Temple and Grottoes? If yes, what are the timings.

1. The suggested sightseeing time is one day.
2. Yes, as I know, the bus schedules are 11: 30, 13:00, 15:00 and 16:00. You are suggested to confirm the schedule when you arriving at the scenic area.
