If I submit my Malaysia passport on 4th Dec, will I get back my passport before 9th Dec? Is there any delay if it is peak period? What document do I need to submit as a tourist? I am going on a tour to Shanghai on 10th Dec. I couldn't apply in Australia because I am busy with university exam. Thank you.
