i am planning to marry a chinese girl in china. i have been in china for two years for study. now i have come back to my country. i know need a single status/ unmarried certificate to get married in china. but is there any problem if i FIRST get the certificate and THEN go to china (with a tourist visa)? or is there any problem if i go to china AFTER i have got my unmarried/single status certificate? any sort of information about marriage in china would be appreciated

It doesn't matter. Even if you get the single status certificate, you can enter China without any problem as long as you have a valid visa on your passport.

what i meant by ''problem'' is, '' will the marriage bureau accept that if i make my unmarried certificate while i am still in my own country and then go to china?''

It will accept it, but you need to notarize the certificate and have it authencitated by the Chinese embassy in your country before going to China.
