About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

Visa tranfer from old passport to new passport

Hello i am currently in China and due to the passport of Kenya changing, I am suppose to come back to Kenya to get a new passport. My old passport will still have valid visa. What documents do i need to bring in order to get my visa transffered to the new passport? Thank you

Hanah, as far as I know, you can take both passports to enter China and it's not necessary to transfer the visa to the new passport. Please double check this at the China embassy in your country.
