About:China Train

Travelling Congjian to Lijiang in one day via 3 trains

Hi , I wanted to travel on trains D2804, then train G2927, then D8766.
Congjiang to Guiyan to Kunming and to Lijiang. Is there enough times between these trains to make the connections? Is this the best way from Congjiang to Lijiang? thanks Andrew

Yes, I think this schedule works as long as you collect paper tickets for all trips in advance. In this way, 30min at each station would be fine as you can use "transfer" passage to get back to waiting hall directly from platform. There is one thing, for the train from Kunming to Lijiang, I think it would be D8767 at 15:30 from Kunming South. You cannot choose Kunming Station at 15:52.

You can use Congjiang-Kunming-Lijiang as well but this option will reach later than your option.
