About:China Visa Exemption

hello do i need a visa for this???

am planing to go to beijing for 3 days my tickest are from JFK to hong kong to beijing to jfk

Diego, if your comprehensive itinerary is:

New York - Hong Kong - Beijing - New York

And you don't have any additional landing of any kind, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Beijing and you don't need any kind of visa.

Of course, I assume that your citizenship belongs to a group of 53 eligible countries.
