Can you come to China with M visa , to apply for your School?

Please help, can I come to China with my M visa to apply for my school , then I can work for student visa in china ,

You may use an M visa to enter China and then convert it into a sutdent visa, but the result is not guaranteed. Therefore, if possible, please apply for a student visa directly in your country.
