About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Phnom Pehn (Cambodia) to China to the Philippines

Hi

My companion and I will travel from Phnom Pehn (Cambodia) on December 22 to China and will have booked or take another flight on December 23 to the Philippines. Our we eligible for the Visa-Free Transit?

Claire, you can travel through China by using 24 hour visa free transit since your itinerary:

Cambodia - China - Philippines

Is eligible for such a visa free transit option. Anyway, you should have in mind that you are allowed to stay only up to 24 hours within China and the time is calculated from your first scheduled arrival in China, until your last scheduled departure from China. You are allowed to have one or two stops within China, but remember that you cannot exceed 24 hours even for a single minute!
