Re entry into china with student VISA

How many times can i exit and enter china under my student visa? I was planning to go back to Singapore for a week to visit family but I am not sure if my visa allows me to do so. I have been in China since 31 August 2019 and will be till February 2020. Not quite sure because i was not issued a temporary residence permit.

Aaron, do you hold a single entry X2 visa? If so, you cannot exit from China during the stay. If you do so, you will need to apply for another visa in order to reenter.
