Yes, you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit because your entire transit time in China will be less than 24 hours and you don't need any kind of visa.

You will have to print out your flight tickets and have those printouts with you. Also, you will declare at check-in in Prague that you will travel to Bangkok via China using 24 hour visa free transit. You will immediately present your tickets and after a short inspection, you will be allowed to board the plane.

Upon your arrival in Beijing, you will have to approach 24 hour visa free transit counter where you will apply and obtain a temporary entry permit that will allow you a continuation of your journey because the flight between Beijing and Shenzhen will be a domestic one. After you are granted a temporary entry permit, you will proceed to the boarding gate for your flight to Shenzhen.

You will be able to make a visit to Shenzhen, but you should arrive on time for your flight to Bangkok. You are informed that you need a Thai visa obtained before your departure from Prague otherwise, you will not be allowed to board the plane for Beijing.

One more detail. I understand that you will travel on a single ticket from Prague to Shenzhen, but you should inform yourself at check-in in Prague whether your luggage will be tagged all the way to Shenzhen or not. This is very important detail. The importance grows with the fact that your layover in Beijing is just 2 hours long, so you will have to be really very fast and accomplish all the formalities as soon as possible and even loudly, but politely, ask for a priority.
