About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

Singapore is one of the 59 countries eligible for visa free entry

And I also read that Singapore passport holder do not need to submit any information before entering China (including Hainan) as long as holiday stay is less than 15 days. Is that true that I do not need to submit my passport details, hotel information and travel itinerary to the Hainan local travel agency?

Yes, it is true. All you need to do is to book a ticket and to take your passport. Upon your arrival in Hainan you can enjoy your time in the same way as in Beijing and Shanghai. There is no any difference between the mentioned places for Singaporean citizens. You will contact the travel agency only in case if you want to do that :)
